Group Structure

TGT Holdings Limited is a public non listed company registered in South Africa. This is the holding structure for the entire group.

TGT Business Consultants CC is the main consulting business which was initiated in 1996 and formalized in 2008.

TGT Property Holdings (Pty) Ltd is both a strategic consulting company specializing in structured fixed asset transactions as well as the property domain for the TGT Group.

TGT Africa Limited is the consulting and strategic entity focusing on structures; services and project finance onto the African Continent. Currently being registered in the Seychelles Islands it is the Risk Mitigation Business with specific accent of capital funding.
